What is the Refund Is there a refund policy?
I stand by what I offer and include a 7 day refund on the How to Listen to Your Body mini-course. If you want to request a refund, simply email me at elf@elizabethleforest.com within 7 days of purchase to initiate it. There are no refunds available after that 7 day period.
How will I access the mini-course materials?
After purchase, you'll get an email with all the info to log in to the course. It will be kept in your personal Library along with any other courses you purchase from me in the future. I recommend saving the log in page to the home screen on your phone so it is easy to find and access whenever you want.

I'm a hypermobile, AuDHD, highly sensitive, eldest daughter who has recovered from two years of being bedridden with severe burnout, ME/CFS and POTS
I combine a decade of training, coaching, lived experience, and intuition to help highly sensitive neurodivergent women break inherited cycles of anxiety, trauma and chronic illness so they can uncover their authentic self, own their unique power, fully embody their life, and (if they feel called) create their soul led legacy.
I do this through nervous system rehabilitation and expansion, somatic based shadow work, and empowering clients to take practical, accessible steps towards reshaping their reality to align with their needs, desires, and gifts.
