I’m Elizabeth — a hypermobile, highly sensitive, AuDHD woman, mother, and certified yoga instructor and Trauma Informed Somatic Life Coach.


I recovered from two years of being bedridden with extreme burnout, ME/CFS, and POTS — not by forcing my way back to productivity, but by learning how to work with my nervous system instead of against it.
